A LEGO Horror Extravaganza: Halloween 2026

It is that glorious time of year - the season when we celebrate the shadow side of our imagination. It is always fun to see an outpouring of themed builds, and at Twisted Bricks we get especially excited in the month of October.

Clean, SNOTTY, and dynamic - classic MOKO

First we have "CUBE-ROBO 14 Jack O' Lantern by the legendary MOKO. The shaping of the "Jack's" face is jagged in the best way and appears both sinister and playful, and I would argue this vibe carries to the post-transformation look as well. A seasonal Decepticon?

Childbirth is a beautiful thing, no?

Next we have "Castanea" by VB, who lets the image speak for itself (as usual), simply leaving the description as, "Sprouting progeny." This is the kind of creature I can't imagine imagining, but when I see it I wish I had thought of it first. It would fit very nicely in the next chapter of the Void War...

Don't worry, they don't eat meat... right?

Our third feature this season is "Lego Primal's Plague Of Madness" by moptoptrev. I highly recommend checking out the full build, because the body is impressive and beautifully sculpted. But I couldn't resist highlighting the head and mouth - after all, the only thing more horrifying than getting chomped by sharp teeth is getting chomped by flat teeth.

Chairudo knocks it out of Horrorland with this incredible Haunted House build. There are adorable, spooky, and endearing details to behold for anyone who clicks through his photostream. These include (but are not limited to): A couple of policemen miming some undead, unbelievable wall/brick texturing (legs are doing heavy lifting here if you see what I mean), and a very unique ensemble of rooftop characters.

Lastly we have a moody diorama by Euphonica. This build is a unique mood piece that instantly drew Hallow-feels from me. The off-kilter lean of the house makes it feel like a cartoon or even a pop-up book, which is not something you get with MOCs too often.
