Corrupted Noble.
Oscar Drepson was once an influential (though sleezy) Nobleman of Blocktir. During an expedition, Drepson's company accidentally wandered near Vyldain's lair and were corrupted and slain. This provided Vyldain with a large amount of armor, organic matter, and iron.
Using sorcery and slag's corruptive properties, Vyldain turned Drepson and his company into a heavily armored horde possessing a half-living war machine powered by psychic energy. Though Drepson's company destroyed Odinshage, General Gatner was able to ignite an explosion that destroyed the entire company.
